Janssen Strategic Advisor was founded to help owners and leaders of privately held companies get more from their financial information.
I'm Jeff Janssen, CPA. I've spent my career working with manufacturing businesses, working across accounting, operations, financial leadership, and executive decision-making. I've seen what happens when leadership can trust the numbers—and what happens when they can't.
My role isn't to replace your accounting team. It's to work alongside them and help connect the financial side of the business to the decisions you're making about cash, profitability, growth, capital, and the future of the company.
I also believe good financial leadership should make the people around it stronger. That means developing your finance team, helping leaders understand the story behind the numbers, and building processes that continue working long after I've left the room.
That's why I created Janssen Strategic Advisor: to bring experienced financial leadership to companies that need the strategic side of finance without necessarily needing a full-time CFO.
